DETROIT LIVING AND DINING ROOM RENOVATION/USA

For this lovely home that’s located in Detroit, USA, we’ve redesigned the living and the dining room. We listened to our clients’ wants and needs and we designed a space that’s special to them,  is enjoyable and wheelchair accessible. 

Our clients are a family of four and they have a large number of guests over frequently.  The biggest problem of their home before was a dozen of idle chairs around. Instead of these chairs that are only used when there are guests over, we’ve designed a window side bench in the dining room. When our clients are without guests, they will use the dining table for meals.  When they have guests over, they will move the table in front of the bench and maximize seating space to seat 10+ people. 

We followed a similar design principle across the piano. We’ve combined a window side bench with a specially designed library. In the living room, we’ve designed and placed a shoe rack with a bench top near the living room exit to the garden. For the family dog, we’ve placed a dog bed near the fireplace, where it will feel as part of the family conversations. We’ve chose the living room seating to maximize seating space and used a sectional sofa.

What do we do?

We have a free survey service in which we meet you and take detailed measurements of your space. Following the survey, we detect the wants, needs and likes of the people that will use the space. Then we work on a preparatory design. After we decide to work together, we design the right space for you which is shaped around your needs. We offer out interior design services to include you in the design process too. And since all design is a whole, we also offer our shopping guidance services for goods that will make our design finished and we go shopping with you if you desire.

Or you may be too busy and can’t make the time for shopping. In that case, after we agree on our design and the budget we finish the project and present you with everything finished (turn-key project).

There may be times where you desire to book our services for a shorter time and get limited services. In these circumstances, you can book our decoration, style and shopping aid services, or you can use our other services for only one room. For example, in our Emaar Residence MA House Project, we’ve offered our services in decoration, style and accessories guidance instead of a turn-key construction service.
