WHAT YOU’LLL GET:
*This design package WITH 3D RENDERINGS for OFFICES (up to 100 m2/1000 ft2) includes:
-Furnished FloorPlan with dimensions
-Furnished FloorPlan with Materials
-10 3D Renderings, sizes are 1080x1800pixels
-A Shopping list with all the item links so that you can buy online
-One round of revisions *before rendering* so that we can change if there’s anything you don’t love and/or need a change in the floorplan
*If you’d like much more than 100 square meters (~1000 square feet) space to be designed, you can purchase 2 or more quantity. The design of an office space will be finished and emailed to you as a package in up to 2 weeks as 3D Rendering is a process that takes time to complete. For larger ares, the timeline won’t be much different, it will still be around 2 weeks.

*Upon purchase, we will email you with a questionnaire. In the meantime, we’d love for you to email us with these details so that we can working on your design asap and make your dream space come to life!

+ At least 4 photos of each room you’ve purchased for
+A bit info about your company’s culture, working style and size
+Detailed dimensions of the area on a simple, hand drawn plan (including ceiling height and fireplaces, etc..)
+Locations of any doors, windows and wall openings
+Any wishes or thoughts you have about the space & preferences between open/coworking/private office
+If there are any items you’d like to keep in the space like workbenches or cupboards, their photos and dimensions
+If you have saved inspirational images that defines your style, we’d love to see them to have a sense of what you like
